 Fog Lights

Turn signal lights

Rough I Headlights:

  1. Remove the grille.
  2. Remove the 4 screws that hold the metal bracket that holds the headlight in place.
  3. Remove the metal bracket and the headlight from headlight opening.
  4. Disconnect the headlight's wiring harness.
  5. Connect the (H4 to H13) adapter to the car's headlight plug (only if needed).
  6. Connect the anti flicker harness (if purchased) to the (H4 to H13) adapter (if it was used in the previous step) or connect it directly to the car's headlight plug if (H4 to H13) adapter wasn't used in the previous step.
  7. Connect the LED headlight to the anti flicker (if used in the previous step), to the (H4 to H13) adapter (if used), or directly to the car's plug if neither the anti flicker nor the (H3 to H14) adapter were used.
  8. Place the LED headlight in the headlight opening, place the previously removed metal bracket over the headlight, and screw the 4 metal bracket screws back on.
  9. Install the grille back on.

Rough II Halo Headlights:

White wire: Halo (DRL) wire which is equivalent to the red wire in the video.

Yellow wire: Turn signal wire which is equivalent to the green wire in the video.

  1. Remove the grille.
  2. Remove the 4 screws that hold the metal bracket that holds the headlight in place.
  3. Remove the metal bracket and the headlight from headlight opening.
  4. Disconnect the headlight wiring harness.
  5. Connect the (H4 to H13) adapter to the car's headlight plug (only if needed).
  6. Connect the anti flicker harness (if purchased) to the (H4 to H13) adapter (if it was used in the previous step) or connect it directly to the car's headlight plug if (H4 to H13) adapter wasn't used in the previous step.
  7. Connect the LED headlight to the anti flicker (if used in the previous step), to the (H4 to H13) adapter (if used), or directly to the car's plug if neither the anti flicker nor the (H3 to H14) adapter were used.
  8. Connect the Halo/DRL wire (white wire). You have 3 options for connecting the Halo in your LED headlights. 
    1. Connect the white wire to one leg of a spare fuse in the fuse box if you want it to be on when the car is running. OR
    2. Splice the white wire to the car's parking light wire if you want it to be on when the car is parked. OR
    3. Splice the white wire to another wire in your car that is controlled by a switch if you want to turn it on and off using that switch.
  9. Splice the turn signal wire (yellow wire) in the fog light to the car's turn signal light wire.
  10. Place the LED headlight in the headlight opening, place the previously removed metal bracket over the headlight, and screw the 4 metal bracket screws back on.
  11. Install the grille back on.

        Rough III Headlights:

        White wire: Halo (DRL) wire which is equivalent to the green wire with yellow stripes in the video.

        1. Remove the grille.
        2. Remove the 4 screws that hold the metal bracket that holds the headlight in place.
        3. Remove the metal bracket and the headlight from headlight opening.
        4. Disconnect the headlight wiring harness.
        5. Connect the (H4 to H13) adapter to the car's headlight plug (only if needed).
        6. Connect the anti flicker harness (if purchased) to the (H4 to H13) adapter (if it was used in the previous step) or connect it directly to the car's headlight plug if (H4 to H13) adapter wasn't used in the previous step.
        7. Connect the LED headlight to the anti flicker (if used in the previous step), to the (H4 to H13) adapter (if used), or directly to the car's plug if neither the anti flicker nor the (H3 to H14) adapter were used.
        8. Connect the Halo/DRL wire (white wire). You have 3 options for connecting the Halo in your LED headlights.
          1. Connect the white wire to one leg of a spare fuse in the fuse box if you want it to be on when the car is running. OR
          2. Splice the white wire to the car's parking light wire if you want it to be on when the car is parked. OR
          3. Splice the white wire to another wire in your car that is controlled by a switch if you want to turn it on and off using that switch.
        9. Place the LED headlight in the headlight opening, place the previously removed metal bracket over the headlight, and screw the 4 metal bracket screws back on.
        10. Install the grille back on.

        Rough IV RGB Bluetooth Multi-color Headlights:

        1. Remove the grille.
        2. Remove the 4 screws that hold the metal bracket that holds the headlight in place.
        3. Remove the metal bracket and the headlight from headlight opening.
        4. Disconnect the headlight's wiring harness.
        5. Connect the (H4 to H13) adapter to the car's headlight plug (only if needed).
        6. Connect the anti flicker harness (if purchased) to the (H4 to H13) adapter (if it was used in the previous step) or connect it directly to the car's headlight plug if (H4 to H13) adapter wasn't used in the previous step.
        7. Connect the LED headlight to the anti flicker (if used in the previous step), to the (H4 to H13) adapter (if used), or directly to the car's plug if neither the anti flicker nor the (H3 to H14) adapter were used.
        8. Connect your headlight's black round plug into the controller's headlight plug.
        9. Connect the red bare wire of the controller to one leg of a spare fuse in the fuse box.
        10. Connect the black bare wire of the controller to the negative terminal of the battery.
        11. Mount the controller securely so it doesn't move when the car moves.
        12. Place the LED headlight in the headlight opening, place the previously removed metal bracket over the headlight, and screw the 4 metal bracket screws back on.
        13. Install the grille back on.

        Rough VI 2018-2020 Wrangler JL & Gladiator Halo Headlights:

        1. Remove the grille.
        2. Remove the 4 screws that hold the metal bracket that holds the headlight in place.
        3. Remove the metal bracket and the headlight from headlight opening.
        4. Disconnect the headlight wiring harness.
        5. Connect the LED headlight to the car's plug.
        6. Connect the Halo/DRL wire (red wire). You have 3 options for connecting the Halo in your LED headlights. 
          1. Connect the red wire to one leg of a spare fuse in the fuse box if you want it to be on when the car is running. OR
          2. Splice the red wire to the car's parking light wire if you want it to be on when the car is parked. OR
          3. Splice the red wire to another wire in your car that is controlled by a switch if you want to turn it on and off using that switch.
        7. Place the LED headlight in the headlight opening, place the previously removed metal bracket over the headlight, and screw the 4 metal bracket screws back on.
        8. Install the grille back on.

        Value Pack I (Rough II Halo Headlights + Extreme I Halo Fog Lights):

        White wire: Halo (DRL) wire which is equivalent to the red wire in the video.

        Yellow wire: Turn signal wire which is equivalent to the green wire in the video.

        1. Remove the grille.

        11. Unplug your stock fog light wiring harness from your existing stock fog lights.
        12. Remove the bumper.
        13. Remove the 4 screws that hold the fog light in place.
        14. Connect the (5202 H16 to 9006 9005 HB3) adapter to the car's fog light plug (only if needed).
        15. Connect the LED fog light's to the (5202 H16 to 9006 9005 HB3) (if used in the previous step), otherwise connect the LED fog lights directly to the car's plug.
        16. Connect the Halo/DRL wire (white wire). You have 3 options for connecting the Halo in your LED fog lights.
          1. Connect the white wire to one leg of a spare fuse in the fuse box if you want it to be on when the car is running. OR
          2. Splice the white wire to the car's parking light wire if you want it to be on when the car is parked. OR
          3. Splice the white wire to another wire in your car that is controlled by a switch if you want to turn it on and off using that switch.
        17. Splice the turn signal wire (yellow wire) in the fog light to the car's turn signal light wire.
        18. Install the fog lights in the fog lights opening and put the 4 screws back on.
        19. Install the grille back on.
        20. Install the bumper back on.

        Value Pack IV (Rough III Headlights & Extreme IV Fog Lights): 

        1. Remove the grille.
        2. Remove the 4 screws that hold the metal bracket that holds the headlight in place.
        3. Remove the metal bracket and the headlight from headlight opening.
        4. Disconnect the headlight wiring harness.
        5. Connect the (H4 to H13) adapter to the car's headlight plug (only if needed).
        6. Connect the anti flicker harness (if purchased) to the (H4 to H13) adapter (if it was used in the previous step) or connect it directly to the car's headlight plug if (H4 to H13) adapter wasn't used in the previous step.
        7. Connect the LED headlight to the anti flicker (if used in the previous step), to the (H4 to H13) adapter (if used), or directly to the car's plug if neither the anti flicker nor the (H3 to H14) adapter were used.

        11. Remove the bumper.
        12. Remove the 4 screws that hold the fog light in place.
        13. Connect the (5202 H16 to 9006 9005 HB3) adapter to the car's fog light plug (only if needed).
        14. Connect the LED fog light's to the (5202 H16 to 9006 9005 HB3) (if used in the previous step), otherwise connect the LED fog lights directly to the car's plug.
        15. Install the fog lights in the fog lights opening and put the 4 screws back on.
        16. Install the grille back on.
        17. Install the bumper back on.

        Value Pack V (Rough III Headlights & Extreme I Halo Fog Lights):

        1. Remove the grille.
        2. Remove the 4 screws that hold the metal bracket that holds the headlight in place.
        3. Remove the metal bracket and the headlight from headlight opening.
        4. Disconnect the headlight wiring harness.
        5. Connect the (H4 to H13) adapter to the car's headlight plug (only if needed).
        6. Connect the anti flicker harness (if purchased) to the (H4 to H13) adapter (if it was used in the previous step) or connect it directly to the car's headlight plug if (H4 to H13) adapter wasn't used in the previous step.
        7. Connect the LED headlight to the anti flicker (if used in the previous step), to the (H4 to H13) adapter (if used), or directly to the car's plug if neither the anti flicker nor the (H3 to H14) adapter were used.
        8. Connect the Halo/DRL wire (white wire). You have 3 options for connecting the Halo in your LED headlights.
          1. Connect the white wire to one leg of a spare fuse in the fuse box if you want it to be on when the car is running. OR
          2. Splice white wire to the car's parking light wire if you want it to be on when the car is parked. OR

        10. Unplug your stock fog light wiring harness from your existing stock fog lights.
        11. Remove the bumper.
        12. Remove the 4 screws that hold the fog light in place.
        13. Connect the (5202 H16 to 9006 9005 HB3) adapter to the car's fog light plug (only if needed).
        14. Connect the LED fog light's to the (5202 H16 to 9006 9005 HB3) (if used in the previous step), otherwise connect the LED fog lights directly to the car's plug.
        15. Connect the Halo/DRL wire (white wire). You have 3 options for connecting the Halo in your LED fog lights.
          1. Connect the white wire to one leg of a spare fuse in the fuse box if you want it to be on when the car is running. OR
          2. Splice the white wire to the car's parking light wire if you want it to be on when the car is parked. OR
          3. Splice the white wire to another wire in your car that is controlled by a switch if you want to turn it on and off using that switch.
        16. Splice the turn signal wire (yellow wire) in the fog light to the car's turn signal light wire.
        17. Install the fog lights in the fog lights opening and put the 4 screws back on.
        18. Install the grille back on.
        19. Install the bumper back on.

        Value Pack VI (Rough I Headlights & Extreme IV Fog Lights):

        1. Remove the grille.
        2. Remove the 4 screws that hold the metal bracket that holds the headlight in place.
        3. Remove the metal bracket and the headlight from headlight opening.
        4. Disconnect the headlight wiring harness.
        5. Connect the (H4 to H13) adapter to the car's headlight plug (only if needed).
        6. Connect the anti flicker harness (if purchased) to the (H4 to H13) adapter (if it was used in the previous step) or connect it directly to the car's headlight plug if (H4 to H13) adapter wasn't used in the previous step.
        7. Connect the LED headlight to the anti flicker (if used in the previous step), to the (H4 to H13) adapter (if used), or directly to the car's plug if neither the anti flicker nor the (H3 to H14) adapter were used.
        8. Place the LED headlight in the headlight opening, place the previously removed metal bracket over the headlight, and screw the 4 metal bracket screws back on.
        9. Unplug your stock fog light wiring harness from your existing stock fog lights.
        10. Remove the bumper.
        11. Remove the 4 screws that hold the fog light in place.
        12. Connect the (5202 H16 to 9006 9005 HB3) adapter to the car's fog light plug (only if needed).
        13. Connect the LED fog light's to the (5202 H16 to 9006 9005 HB3) (if used in the previous step), otherwise connect the LED fog lights directly to the car's plug.
        14. Install the fog lights in the fog lights opening and put the 4 screws back on.
        15. Install the grille back on.
        16. Install the bumper back on.

        Extreme I Halo Fog Lights:

        1. Unplug your stock fog light wiring harness from your existing stock fog lights.
        2. Remove the bumper.
        3. Remove the 4 screws that hold the fog light in place.
        4. Connect the (5202 H16 to 9006 9005 HB3) adapter to the car's fog light plug (only if needed).
        5. Connect the LED fog light's to the (5202 H16 to 9006 9005 HB3) (if used in the previous step), otherwise connect the LED fog lights directly to the car's plug.
        6. Connect the Halo/DRL wire (white wire). You have 3 options for connecting the Halo in your LED fog lights.
          1. Connect the white wire to one leg of a spare fuse in the fuse box if you want it to be on when the car is running. OR
          2. Splice the white wire to the car's parking light wire if you want it to be on when the car is parked. OR
          3. Splice the white wire to another wire in your car that is controlled by a switch if you want to turn it on and off using that switch.
        7. Splice the turn signal wire (yellow wire) in the fog light to the car's turn signal light wire.
        8. Install the fog lights in the fog lights opening and put the 4 screws back on.
        9. Install the bumper back on.

        Extreme IV Fog Lights:

        1. Unplug your stock fog light wiring harness from your existing stock fog lights.
        2. Remove the bumper.
        3. Remove the 4 screws that hold the fog light in place.
        4. Connect the (5202 H16 to 9006 9005 HB3) adapter to the car's fog light plug (only if needed).
        5. Connect the LED fog light's to the (5202 H16 to 9006 9005 HB3) (if used in the previous step), otherwise connect the LED fog lights directly to the car's plug.
        6. Install the fog lights in the fog lights opening and put the 4 screws back on.
        7. Install the bumper back on.

        Extreme II Turn Signal Lights:

        1. Remove the grille.
        2. Disconnect the turn signal light from the car's plug.
        3. Using a flat screw driver, release the two tabs that hold the turn signal lights in place and remove the lights from the grille.
        4. Install the new LED turn signal lights in the grille and make sure the tabs hold them in place.
        5. Install the grille back on.
        6. Connect the LED turn signal lights to the car's plug.

        Extreme V Turn Signal and Side Marker Lights:

        1. Remove the grille.
        2. Disconnect the turn signal light from the car's plug.
        3. Using a flat screw driver, release the two tabs that hold the turn signal lights in place and remove the lights from the grille.
        4. Install the new LED turn signal lights in the grille and make sure the tabs hold them in place.
        5. Install the grille back on.
        6. Connect the LED turn signal lights to the car's plug.
        7. Remove the two pins from the right and left fenders (two on each side).
        8. Unplug the stock side marker light from the car's plug.
        9. Pull the fender to the outside a little bit and remove the stock side marker.
        10. Insert the LED side marker light behind the fender and clip it in place.
        11. Connect the new LED side marker to the car's plug.
        12. Install the two pins back in the fenders (two on each side).
