Our team at MJ's Offroad wants to make sure that you are satisfied throughout the whole shopping experience with us.
You have the right to return your item you purchased from us for a refund within 7 days from the delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in its unopened original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, please use the Contact Us form provided on our website or send us an email at [email protected] and provide a receipt or proof of purchase. We will reply to you with instructions and shipping address to return your item.
You should use trackable shipping service for your return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Any item not in its unopened original condition and packaging or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for returns.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted for returns.
Returns are only accepted for orders of $100 or more. Any order that is less than $100 will not be accepted for returns.
A $60 restocking fee + $13 for each additional item in the order (if the order has more than one item) will be applied to all returns and will be deducted from the refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us using this form or at [email protected].
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
